The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app: open Settings → Help & feedback. That starts an email to our support address with your app version and device model already filled in (no personal or medical details), which helps us answer faster.
Common questions
Managing your subscription
Kindred Circle subscriptions are billed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel a plan, open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. This is immediate: your name and email are removed, your sessions and notification tokens are revoked, and your Sign in with Apple grant is revoked. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — manage that in your App Store settings.
Notifications
Turn notifications on or off in the app's notification preferences, or in iOS Settings → Kindred Circle → Notifications. Notifications name your family but never include medical details.
Inviting family
An admin can invite caregivers from Care team → Invite. Open the invite link on the recipient's iPhone to join automatically. Inviting members is free.
